Paragon MLS Training (South County)

The new Paragon MLS system is easy to navigate with lots of onscreen help. Its clean layout makes using the system more intuitive, and there’s even a new client connect module for more efficient prospecting and communicating between agents and clients. Paragon provides multi-tasking capabilities that allow agents to save time conducting property searches, creating comparative market analyses (CMAs), updating listing information, and completing other tasks in a single view on their computers. It also works on a Mac or PC, and is mobile responsive. You’re encouraged to take all three sessions, either in the morning or afternoon.

Beautiful, Brilliant and Brave: A Celebration of Black Women

An Exhibit Celebrating Black Women Throughout the Diaspora. This exhibit celebrates the diverse beauty, brilliance and bravery of Black women throughout the world and highlights many local women that have made amazing contributions within their communities and professions. Our guest curator, Starla Lewis, is a longtime professor of Black History at Mesa Community College views the exhibit focus from a viewpoint well honed after 25 years of study and teaching the topic within the social scope of American life.

Proposed Port Master Plan Amendment (PMPA)

A draft PMPA has been prepared for San Diego Unified Port District lands in the East Harbor Island subarea of Planning District 1, Harbor Island./Lingbergh Field.

Safety Officer Training Program

This 40-hour training program is made for construction company safety officers in-training or administrative and field staff responsible for aspects of your company’s safety program. This program can be attended either as a certificate program or on a class-by-class basis to gain knowledge on the varied aspects of managing a company’s safety program. Included in the certificate program topics are all items necessary for an OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Construction Completion card.
