Art and fashion students will be selling one of a kind artwork, eramics, jewelry and accessories. The exhibit is an exciting and masterful collection of class projects in various media. Selected artworks reflect the array of talent found in our college.

2014 SDSU Spring World Music Series

Eleven Monday evening concerts featuring music and musicians from around the world. PLUS - direct from Guanabacoa, Cuba - special added performance by Los Hermanos Arango. Curated by SDSU Associate Professor of Music and Coordinator of World Music and Ethnomusicology Kevin Delgado, the World Music Series brings together an authentic mélange of music, musicians and instruments from around the world, played in a concert setting.

– The San Diego Public Library continues its presentation of the Muslim Journeys: Let’s Talk About It with a final series of programs two panels on Islamic American practice, a film on Koran recitation in the Muslim world, and a literature talk on The 1001 Nights (aka The Arabian Nights). Floor Shiley Special Events Suite American Sons: Reflections on Being Muslim in America Panel of Muslim men share stories of their own Muslim American experiences and perspectives. Moderated by Prof. Bahar Davary, Religious Studies, University of San Diego.

Stacy Sullivan's IT'S A GOOD DAY: A TRIBUTE TO MISS PEGGY LEE is an interpretive exploration of the extraordinary music and personal struggles of a singer, composer, and actress whose remarkable career spanned over six decades, influencing jazz and popular-music culture worldwide. Fresh with courageous takes on Peggy Lee's famous canon, including "Fever," "Johnny Guitar," "I Love Being Here With You", and the title song, "It's a Good Day".
