Seaport Village

Located on San Diego's Embarcadero, Seaport Village offers tourists and residents shopping, restaurants and gorgeous views of water and ships. There are 57 shops and galleries, four restaurants and 13 sidewalk eateries to enjoy in this reproduction of a 100-year old seaside village. The area is close to downtown hotels and attractions like The Maritime Museum and the new Midway carrier museum.

One of the village's main attractions is the Broadway Flying Horses Carousel, it was built in 1890 as a Coney Island attraction. The carousel is fully restored and includes a restored 52-key, 175-pipe organ built in Germany in 1914.

Seaport Village is open every day and during the summer stays open until 10 pm. There are four miles of walkways to enjoy between window shopping and dining. Music concerts and other events are often part of the scene as well.
