Sombrero looks to franchise restaurants

High-end outlet shops open at San Ysidro shopping center

Oct. 23, 2014 -- Visitors to the various outlet stores in San Ysidro now have more shopping options, as a new outlet center opened in October. The Outlets at the Border will have stores like H&M, Armani Exchange, Nixon and A'GACI.
