Visitor Information

Heading east on state Route 52 toward Santee, the first glimpse you get is a picturesque view of the city nestled in a valley surrounded by the Cuyamaca Mountains.

This city of nearly 55,000 residents is flanked by Lakeside to the east, Tierrasanta to the west and El Cajon to the south and offers easy access to freeways. Unlike many other cities in the county, Santee still has vacant land suitable for development despite a recent building boom.
