Businesses around Jamacha Boulevard continue to grow and prosper as the primary services center for Rancho San Diego.

The area serves as an alternative shopping and services district for the residents of Mount Helix, El Cajon, Jamul and Casa de Oro/ Spring Valley.

Expansions have brought in larger business such as Target, Staples, Edwards Cinema, Michael’s, Kohl’s and restaurant chains as well as smaller, privately owned restaurants.
