Jaime Partners completes Kamikaze 7 sushi restaurant

SAN DIEGO -- Jaime Partners, the San Diego-based project management company, announced the completion of Celebrity Chef Kevin Roberts' new 2,000-square-foot Kamikaze 7 sushi restaurant opening in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter in March 2013.

In providing design management and construction management services, Jaime Partners completed the project in a total of five months.

Jaime Partners worked with Jennifer Bolyn's architect firm, EOS Architecture, managing the construction process using owner’s representation services from inception to close out.

In working with New York-based designer, Greg Okshetyn and his design firm, Studio GO Inc., Jaime Partners also managed the design process and cost estimation of the project with successful execution.

“Bringing Kevin Roberts' edgy sushi concept to life with such a dedicated team, made this experience one to remember,” said Alfredo Jaime, partner and co-founder of Jaime Partners. Rodolfo Farber is the other co-founder. Kamikaze 7 is located at 411 Market St.

Roberts is host of "BBQ Pitmasters" and an executive chef, author and national spokesperson, most notably for Franks Red Hot and Yuengling Beer.

Jaime Partners has worked with clients such as Enlightened Hospitality Group restaurants' Searsucker, Herringbone, Gingham, Gabardine and Burlap. Other projects include Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Cabo San Lucas and Alea Living in North Baja.
