Pardee Homes names new VP of construction operations

Pardee Homes has promoted Mark Pelley to vice president of construction operations for the San Diego region.

Pelley has overseen the construction of both single-family and multifamily projects and since April 2013 has served as director of construction operations for the San Diego region. He has also spearheaded Pardee’s five-year participation in the Baja Challenge, which builds homes in Tijuana for the needy.

John Anglin, senior vice president of construction and purchasing for Pardee said Pelley’s leadership has been proven through his commitment to customer service operations and reliable managerial skills.

“His leadership has resulted in significant gains in safety, quality, customer satisfaction and cost control improvements,” Anglin said.

Pelley’s career with Pardee Homes has spanned more than 33 years, beginning in September 1980 as assistant service manager for the company’s San Diego apartment portfolio.
