Wermers Multi-Family Corporation is set to break ground Jan. 31 (Thursday), on the Arbor Green Apartments in Carson, Calif.
The apartment complex – seen here in the rendering above -- will be a 40-unit, three-story affordable family development with structured parking.
The project consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units and be available to families earning well below the area's median income.
The complex will be built to meet LEED standards and will feature on-site laundry, community room and computer room.
Vice President Richard Wood is leading the Wermers team, with Ken Maskevich as project manager, Rodney Short as superintendent and Jamie Mims as site coordinator.
