This seminar will focus on how construction management can use the commissioning agent and the commissioning process to validate substantial completion of the mechanical electrical plumbing systems as well as identify systems acceptance requirements early to take the guess work out of building acceptance. Seminar instructors will be Jim Ogden, principal of sustainability, and James Becker, principal of commissioning, from 3QC. Panel Members will include Dave Umstot, San Diego Community College District vice chancellor of facilities management, and Tom Calhoun, chief facilities executive for the Sweetwater Union High School District.
