Related Special Reports

The San Diego Foundation has launched an online scholarship application to help ease the process for students applying to the foundation's more than $2.5 million in scholarships in 2013. With one application, students can access more than 100 scholarships through The San Diego Foundation, according to a release.

The foundation's Community Scholarship program offers a variety of scholarships to graduating high school seniors, current college students and adult re-entry students. Awards are granted to four-year universities, two-year colleges, and graduate and vocational schools.

Those interested in applying for scholarships can access the Common Scholarship Application and other scholarship opportunities at sdfoundation.org/scholarships.

The deadline to apply is Feb. 6, and students must begin the application process by Feb. 4 to receive username and password information to complete the process in time. Recipients will be notified May through June.
