Pricesmart Inc.: Company announced its board of directors has declared cash dividends totaling 60 cents per share, 30 cents of which is payable on Dec. 21, and 30 cents of which is payable Aug. 30, 2013.

Qualcomm Inc.: SEC documents showed Director Duane Nelles exercised options on 40,000 shares at $33.35 to $41.83 per share, and sold 40,000 shares at $65.26 per share on Friday.

Sequenom Inc.: SEC documents showed Director John Fazio purchased 2,000 shares at $4.45 per share on Monday.

Viasat Inc.: Company was upgraded to “neutral” from “underperform” by brokerage firm Macquarie Research. The target price is $32 per share.
