Digirad Corp: SEC documents showed: Director Charles Gillman purchased 10,000 shares at $2.07 to $2.09 per share between Tuesday and Wednesday; and Director Jeffrey Eberwein purchased 10,000 shares at $2.07 to $2.09 per share between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Jack in the Box Inc: SEC documents showed CFO Jerry P. Rebel exercised options on 3,000 shares at $17.63 per share, and sold 3,000 shares at $27.40 per share on Tuesday.

Maxwell Technologies Inc: Company announced it is supplying ultracapacitors for a high-efficiency energy management system in the Emirates Air Line, the UKís urban cable car.

WD-40 Co: SEC documents showed Director Mario Crivello sold 10,000 shares at $47.27 to $47.35 per share between Monday and Tuesday.
