Orexigen Therapeutics Inc.: Company announced it will present at the 15th Annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference, Tuesday, and at the Leerink Swann Global Healthcare Conference, Wednesday, both in New York City.

Peregrine Semiconductor Corp: Company was downgraded to “market perform” from “outperform” by brokerage firm Oppenheimer & Co.

Servicenow Inc: SEC documents showed: Vice President David Schneider exercised options on 55,000 shares at $3 per share, and sold 55,000 shares at $29.41 to $29.85 per share on Tuesday; and CEO Frank Slootman sold 25,000 shares at $29.43 to $29.51 per share on Tuesday.

Viasat Inc: Company was upgraded to “buy” from “hold” by brokerage firm Needham & Co. The target price is $50 per share.
