RF Industries Ltd.: SEC documents showed Director David Sandberg sold 16,500 shares at $5.81 to $5.82 per share between Thursday and Friday.
Santarus Inc.: SEC documents showed Vice President Maria Bedoya-Toro exercised options on 10,000 shares at $1.18 per share, and sold 10,000 shares at $12.99 per share on Friday.
Therapeutic Solutions International Inc.: Company announced the appointment of Barry Glassman as vice president of training and education.

Viasat Inc.: SEC documents showed Officer Steven Hart sold 70,000 shares at $40.50 to $50 per share between Thursday and Friday.

Volcano Corp.: Company announced it will report fourth quarter financial results Feb. 21, after the market closes.
