Cubic Corp.: Company was downgraded to “hold” from “buy” by brokerage firm Benchmark. The target price is $46 per share.

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc.: Company announced the release of its new flagship network management and situational awareness product, NeuralStar.

Maxwell Technologies Inc.: SEC documents showed CEO David Schramm surrendered 1,872 shares at $10.77 per share on Friday.

Natural Alternatives Intl.: Company reported net income of $102,000, or 1 cent per share, for the quarter ended Dec. 31.

Peregrine Semiconductor Corp.: Company announced it has appointed Carl Burrow as corporate vice president of worldwide sales and applications.

Qualcomm Inc.: Company was downgraded to “neutral” from “overweight” by brokerage firm JPMorgan. The target price is $70 per share.

Santarus Inc.: SEC documents showed Vice President Julie DeMeules exercised options on 15,165 shares at $5.25 per share, and sold 15,165 shares at $13.05 per share on Monday; and CFO Debra Crawford exercised options on 17,853 shares at 88 cents per share, and sold 17,853 shares at $12.99 per share on Monday.

WD-40 Co.: SEC documents showed Officer William Noble exercised options on 3,000 shares at $29.30 per share, and sold 3,000 shares at $53.95 per share on Friday.
