Pricesmart Inc.: SEC documents showed CEO Jose Luis Laparte sold 18,381 shares at $73.54 on Tuesday; and COO William Naylon sold 2,608 shares at $73.01 to $73.33 per share on Monday.

Pure Bioscience Inc.: Company announced it has appointed Dave Pfanzelter to its board of directors.

Regulus Therapeutics Inc.: Company announced it will report fourth quarter and full-year financial results Feb. 20, after the market closes.

RF Industries Ltd.: SEC documents showed Director David Sandberg sold 6,215 shares at $5.89 per share on Monday.
