Carefusion Corp.: SEC documents showed: Vice President Joan Stafslien exercised options on 1,167 shares at $17.77 per share and sold 21,857 shares at $32.67 per share on Friday; and Vice President Jean Maschal exercised options on 6,568 shares at $20.71 per share, and sold 14,559 shares at $32.73 per share on Friday.

Dexcom Inc.: Company announced it has been honored by Fast Company as one of its 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World.

Jack In The Box Inc.: Company reported net income of $20.6 million, or 48 cents per share, for the quarter ended Dec. 31.

Kratos Defense & Security: Company announced its Electronic Products division has been awarded $3 million in contracts to provide critical microwave components to major U.S. and foreign defense contractors.

Organovo Holdings Inc.: Company announced it is partnering with ZenBio Inc. to produce three-dimensional human tissues for drug discovery and advanced tissue therapies.

Overland Storage Inc.: SEC documents showed: CFO Kurt Kalbfleisch surrendered 43,982 shares at 99 cents per share on Friday; and CEO Eric Kelly surrendered 101,921 shares at 99 cents per share on Friday.

Peregrine Semiconductor Corp: SEC documents showed: Director Anthony Thornley purchased 10,000 shares at $9.25 per share on Wednesday; and Director Elton Sherwin purchased 12,000 shares at $9.24 to $9.27 per share between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Qualcomm Inc.: SEC documents showed Vice President Donald Rosenberg exercised options on 50,000 shares at $40.31 per share, and sold 50,000 shares at $65.55 per share on Friday.

Regulus Therapeutics Inc.: Company reported a net loss of $6.9 million, or 22 cents per share, for the quarter ended Dec. 31.

Resmed Inc.: Company announced Mick Farrell has been promoted to CEO.

RF Industries Ltd: SEC documents showed Director David Sandberg sold 89,000 shares at $5.89 to $6.05 per share between Friday and Tuesday.

Sempra Energy: Company was rated new “buy” by brokerage firm Drexel Hamilton. The target price is $83 per share.

Sequenom Inc: Company announced it will report fourth quarter and full-year financial results March 7, after the market closes.

WD-40 Co.: SEC documents showed CFO Jay Rembolt exercised options on 101 shares at $29.30 per share, and sold 65 shares at $55 per share on Tuesday.
