Strategic Global Investments forges relationship with Hemp Inc. subsidiary

Strategic Global Investments Inc., an over-the-counter-listed business developer, announced Thursday that it has entered into a strategic consulting agreement with The Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Co. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemp Inc.

With the company's recent expansion into the marijuana sector, San Diego-based Strategic Global said it has chosen to align with the Hemp Inc. subsidiary for the purpose of using its expertise and resources. The relationship, Strategic Global indicated, is aimed to help Strategic Global "gain access to and develop a growing number of jointly beneficial business relationships."

According to the signed agreement between the two companies, Strategic Global will obtain consulting services in the industrial hemp and medical marijuana sector, specifically as related to effective sales and marketing tactics, public communications and public partner company ventures.

Strategic Global will provide video production and professional video development and online streaming for Hemp Inc., as well as make services available to other Hemp Inc. and IHMMCC clients through its studios in San Diego and its collaboration with Soapbox Multimedia Inc.

"This opportunity with Hemp Inc. will enable us to form highly synergistic partnerships and joint ventures as well as provide M&A possibilities, and reseller agreements with a myriad of Hemp and IHMMCC clients," Andy Fellner, president and CEO of Strategic Global, said.
