Torrey Hills Capital retained by Canadian mining company

A Canada-based mining company has signed on Torrey Hills Capital Inc. to provide its investor relations services, according to a Thursday release.

The mining company, Calibre Mining Corp., controls a 100 percent interest in 253 square kilometers of mineral concessions in the mining triangle of Northeast Nicaragua. The company's engagement of Torrey Hills Capital as an investor relations service provider is to include investor road show meetings, public relations and online media.

Torrey Hills specializes in representing small and micro-cap companies, primarily in the natural resource sector. Based in Rancho Santa Fe, Torrey Hills will provide exposure for Calibre to financial professionals in the U.S. Specifically, Torrey Hills is engaged to develop, coordinate, manage and execute a comprehensive investor relations campaign for the Calibre, including building and maintaining an informed investor audience for distribution of relevant news, press releases, and company updates.

The engagement of Torrey Hills is set on a two-month term, at a monthly fee of $6,000. After two months, the engagement will convert to a month-to-month arrangement subject to a 30-day termination notice by either party.
