SAN DIEGO (AP) — Southern California home prices rose in May at the fastest annual clip in nearly nine years, as investors and cash purchasers competed for a thin supply of properties for sale, a research firm said Tuesday.
The number of San Diego-area properties in negative equity dropped in the first quarter, according to CoreLogic.
A general rate increase is on its way for those involved in maritime-related commercial activity in the Port of San Diego’s jurisdiction.
