Carlsbad-based Integral Senior Living, a senior living communities manager, has added the future Paradise Retirement at Waikiki to its management portfolio.
“This new community will undeniably offer the premier senior living accommodations in Waikiki, a location long thought of as a resort destination by many, and perfect for retirement,” said Collette Valentine, Integral Senior Living COO in a statement.
Targeted to baby boomers of 55 years and older, the community will offer independent living units and a continuous lifelong care model so seniors may "age in place."
Paradise Retirement at Waikiki is being developed by Paradise Retirement Hawaii; a company founded by investor Christian Sieber. It is expected to break ground sometime next year.
Integral Senior Living currently manages 56 independent, assisted living and memory care properties throughout California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Texas, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Hawaii and Washington.
