Parisa F. Weiss has joined Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek as an associate in the firm’s expanding tax, estate planning and trust administration group.
Weiss advises individuals on diverse financial, tax, asset protection and benefit retention requirements. She also prepares revocable trusts, special needs trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance health care directives.
Additionally, Weiss advises fiduciaries and trustees regarding the proper administration of trusts and probates, and represents clients in estate, trust and conservatorship litigation.
She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Kansas and received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004. She was previously a principal at the Farokhi Law Firm APC.
