San Diego attorney Erwin Cena has joined the law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as an associate.
Cena, who will focus his practice on patent litigation, has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability and construction defect matters.
Before launching his legal career, Cena was employed by Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), where he was involved in the research and development of manufacturing processes for large-format inkjet printer cartridges. He also served in the U.S. Navy.
Cena earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law. While attending law school, he served as the senior articles editor for the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy. He earned his B.S. in electrical engineering and his B.A. in history from the University of Notre Dame.
