Shooting at North Park pot clinic leaves 1 dead, 1 wounded

One person is dead and another injured in a shooting inside a North Park marijuana dispensary around noon on Friday.

Two men with handguns reportedly attempted to steal marijuana from the dispensary shortly after 12 p.m., according to San Diego police. The clinic's security guard was wounded in the shooting inside the business, one suspect was killed, and the other suspect fled in a white sedan.

Police say the security guard is in stable condition at the hospital and no one is in custody.

Police described the fleeing robber as a black man in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, 190 pounds, and wearing a blue hoodie.
