DLA promotes 4 in SD to partnership

International law firm DLA Piper recently promoted attorneys David Clark, Jesse Hindman, Erica Pascal and Matthew Dart to the firm's partnership in San Diego.

"I would like to congratulate the very talented lawyers that we are welcoming into the partnership this year," said Tony Angel, global co-chairman of DLA Piper. "The quality of our lawyers never fails to impress, and this new generation of partners will be instrumental in realizing our ambition to be the leading global business law firm."

Hindman focuses on patent litigation and other intellectual property-related matters.

Pascal's practice focuses on patent litigation in the life sciences area, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical diagnostic technologies, and medical devices.

Dart concentrates his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, product liability, environmental and real estate litigation.
