Agle named general counsel of Klinedinst

San Diego attorney Daniel Agle has been named general counsel of the California-based law firm Klinedinst PC.

Agle, who served as the firm's assistant general counsel last year, will advise Klinedinst attorneys, managers, and executive committee members on all internal risk management matters.

“Klinedinst is very lucky to have Dan assuming the role of general counsel,” said Heather Rosing, the firm's chief financial officer who previously served as general counsel. “He is a very skilled lawyer, whose tremendous knowledge in the areas of ethics and risk management with professional clients will be a valuable in-house resource for the firm.”

Agle is a member of Klinedinst's professional liability group, primarily representing attorneys, accountants, and insurance brokers in complex litigation and arbitration. He has secured numerous major victories for his clients in these forums over the years.

Agle also advises a variety of professionals on ethics and risk management matters, and represents judges, lawyers and accountants before the Commission on Judicial Performance, the California State Bar Court and the California Board of Accountancy.
