Tyson & Mendes, which has an office in La Jolla, has promoted Mina Miserlis to partner.
Miserlis, head of the firm’s complex trial team, has 15 years of litigation experience and has been with Tyson & Mendes for four years.
She has tried four jury trials over the last year, each with an extremely favorable jury verdict for her clients.
Miserlis focuses on the defense of businesses in employee matters, professional liability, and “Bet the Company” litigation.
