Noelle Rennard works within a complex area of immigration law with the firm Larrabee | Mehlman | Albi | Coker LLP. She handles labor certification application cases, which is often the first step in obtaining a green card. A critical member of the firm's labor certification application team, Rennard manages a large caseload of company clients, interacts with client contacts and their employees and supports several attorneys simultaneously. Rennard also assists in the education and training of new paralegals.
She is actively involved in community volunteer projects such as Habitat for Humanity and AID El Salvador, a nonprofit organization offering scholarships to students in El Salvador, for which she serves as educational adviser to the board of directors. Most recently, she traveled to New Orleans with Habitat for Humanity to help in the rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Katrina.
Rennard earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, San Diego in 2000. She was the director of scholarship for Delta Gamma sorority and made the Dean's List at UCSD.
