State gang prosecution: three witnesses ID client as driver in drive-by shooting, my client was found not guilty by jury. I feel this case is the reason I became an attorney. It was a very moving emotional verdict for this truly innocent young man.
My client was charged with two bank robberies. Two separate witnesses positively ID’d him. Jury found him not guilty after forensics reduced bank photos showed actual robber had ear studs and my client did not.
