Professional Background
I have practiced exclusively in the area of construction litigation for the past 24 years. I have represented design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and owners in all forms of disputes arising from wide range of public and private works projects, including high-end residential, commercial, hotels, schools, convention centers, hospitals, laboratories, police facilities, pipelines, tunnels, bridges, highways, airport terminals, pump stations, water treatment plants, power generation facilities and canals.
Previously a licensed civil engineer, I began my professional career as a field engineer on a multimillion-dollar project for a national general contracting company. I also worked as a civil engineer for large utility company.
