Estate Planning, Probate & Trust
I have been involved in many trust and estate disputes involving millions of dollars in assets and have assisted in extricating elders from situations of abuse, but I decline to give any details of my cases.
I am currently co-chair of Luce Forward’s Family Wealth & Exempt Organizations Practice Group and represent a number of high-profile clients in trust and estate litigation. I am also experienced in elder abuse actions, conservatorships and guardianships. I have tried cases in Superior Court, Probate Court, Juvenile Court and Federal District Court. In addition, I am an author and frequent lecturer on fiduciary litigation, conflicts, ethics and related topics.
I am a fellow in the American Counsel of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of its Fiduciary Litigation Committee. I am also a master with the Louis M. Welch American Inn of Court and a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
