James Sarnecky is a partner at the law firm of Gavrilovich, Dodd & Lindsey and his practice focuses upon intellectual property and other commercial litigation. His litigation and trial experience includes actions involving claims of trademark infringement and trademark dilution, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation and patent infringement.
