* Representing land developers in obtaining land use entitlements, permits, zoning and agreements from, and negotiating obligations for infrastructure with, various governmental agencies regarding property from individual home sites or businesses to master planned communities.
* Representing various landowners and developers in preparing and obtaining certification by governmental agencies, and defense of environmental documents under the California Environmental Quality Act.
* Representing owners of live music entertainment venue in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter in obtaining an amendment to its Conditional Use Permit to allow extended hours and diversify types of music for rooftop lounge.

I started my practice at Seltzer Caplan in 1986. I moved to Gary Cary in 1997. I came to Solomon Ward in June 2009. I am pleased to be back at a firm committed to San Diego and excellent service.
