Major Cases
In 2008 I tried a high-profile accountant fraud case involving a prominent musician. We secured a defense verdict from a jury. In 2009 I tried a legal malpractice case involving a deceased lawyer, involving tricky evidentiary issues. We won at a bench trial. In 2010 we won a $30 million malpractice case by way of a summary judgment one month before trial, completely extricating our lawyer client from the case. In the last three years, we have won dozens and dozens of cases for lawyers and other professionals in a variety of ways.
