Nancy G. Henderson is a founding partner and the Chair of the Estates and Trusts Practice of Henderson, Caverly, Pum & Charney LLP in Rancho Santa Fe. Henderson is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a Certified Specialist is Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law (California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization).
