Most recently, I was involved in a major drug conspiracy which was alleged to have occurred in San Diego, Park City, Utah, Seattle and Boise, Idaho. This case was prosecuted in the District of Idaho. The result was very favorable to my client. In 2011 and 2012, I was involved as a defense attorney in a four-defendant terrorist case before Judge Miller in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. This case concerned allegedly sending funds from San Diego to Somalia, where it was alleged that funds were being used to support Al Shabob and Al-Qaida. Currently, I represent a client who is charged with fraudulently obtaining intellectual property from a major defense contractor in San Diego. This case is currently being prosecuted in San Diego Superior Court.
