A U.S. judge has ordered that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke can be questioned in a lawsuit against the government filed by the former head of American International Group Inc.

Notably, Stratton successfully litigated a three-week jury trial against The Regents of the University of California, San Diego. Stratton also requested and received acceptance of an Emergency Writ from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal regarding an amendment of the California Labor Code and was the lead trial and appellate counsel in the published case Progressive Concrete, Inc. v. Parker (2006) 136 Cal.App.4th 540. Most recently, Stratton tried a 10-day fraud and breach-of-contract jury trial to verdict.
