Major Cases
Successfully completed the conversion of several mobilehome parks to resident ownership. Specifically, recently converted two parks in under two years as a subdivision (compared to most conversions taking 3-5 years), and completed a conversion to a limited equity housing cooperative. In connection with the conversions, obtained traditional financing for buyers and obtained the highest award for a single community from a State of California loan program (through Housing and Community Development’s MPROP loan program).
Handled the BRE processing, HOA formation and preparation of sales documentation for a 32-unit residential subdivision located adjacent to a wildland preserve area (lot values of approximately $1 million each).
