Major Cases
Moore was lead defense counsel in a wage-hour class action against a government contractor seeking more than $10 million in damages. After a year and a half of litigation, she was able to force the plaintiff to dismiss the class claims and reached a settlement for $8,500 as to the individual. She was co-lead defense counsel in a case against an automotive dealership, in which the employee sued for wrongful termination and harassment. The Hon. Robert E. May (Ret.) granted summary judgment on all claims and dismissed the case entirely. Moore was also second chair in a four-week trial before Hon. Robert P. Dahlquist, in which she obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of a company and seven board members as well as attorney fees in the sum of $412,775.65.
Professional Background
Moore is a partner with Fisher & Phillips LLP and co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative and Leadership Council. She represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour class actions, handbook and policy preparation, and general preventive advice. She regularly lectures on employment issues. She also teaches at SDSU’s College of Extended Studies and serves on the human resources advisory board for the college. She is "AV" Peer Review Rated Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and was recently named one of the Top 40 under 40 best and brightest minds of San Diego. She started her career working for Senator Charles Grassley in Washington, D.C.

Moore has been actively involved with the Lawyers Club of San Diego and is serving her third term as president of the North County Chapter of Lawyers Club. She also serves on the board of directors of Lawyers Club. Moore has also served on the balance, professional advancement and equal pay day committees. She is also actively involved in the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, serving on the legislative/small business advocacy committee. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, The Pest Control Operators of California, The San Diego County Bar Association, and the Mother Attorney Mentoring Association.
Personal Affiliations
Moore is also involved in two different alumni groups, the San Diego Trojan League of Associates and the Trojan Club of San Diego, and is also a mentor with Women for Women, an international nonprofit organization that helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives.

Moore lives in Carlsbad with her husband, two daughters (4 years old and 8 months old), and two dogs.
