Hass Sadeghi’s representative clientele includes: national online supplement and wellness corporation, Southern California property management company, holistic health care clinic, international nonprofit, Southern California cardiology practice, software development company, assisted living company, and a celebrity social media company, amongst others.
Sadeghi has experience handling medical malpractice litigation and health care administrative actions, professional negligence and administrative license defense, real estate and foreclosure litigation, complex business and commercial litigation, emotionally charged civil litigation, international transactional disputes, and charter school litigation.
Professional Background
Sadeghi completed undergraduate studies in psychology in addition to a law and society minor, with coursework emphasizing the intersection of law, psychology, and sociology. During his time at UCSD, Hass also focused on pre-medical studies with health care training and technical research experience, which involved fellowships at USC Keck School of Medicine & Norris Cancer Center.
Sadeghi then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he gained his international law certificate and worked as well as studied internationally. Concurrently, Sadeghi obtained his master’s in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine School of Law, expanding his skill set and practical experience solving business and commercial legal disputes.
Sadeghi later refined his skillset in the “people sciences” with many training and certifications in psychology, neurosciences, communication theories, emotional understanding, and decision-making.
Professional Affiliations
Sadeghi has served on several nonprofit and community organization board of directors, including: IABA, SDCBA, and the Southern California Mediation Association. He is an active member of the dispute resolution community, frequently hosting seminars & workshops. Hass is a member of Provisors and Corporate Alliance, and was involved in several SD Inns of Court.
Personal Background
Sadeghi is the son of hard-working immigrants and the youngest of three brothers. His oldest brothers are both successful physicians.
After finishing high school as a National Honor Society and exemplary student, with Advanced-Placement college credits, Sadeghi was passionate about helping people solve their medical problems and heal. Later, he decided to redirect his focus on empowering business owners and solving their legal problems.
Inspired by his father, who always imparted the philosophy of honestly brokering business deals and empowering others in the role of attorney -- Sadeghi optimizes and promotes business growth providing business-minded legal solutions, focused on healing business relationships.
