William Concidine is a criminal defense attorney whose practice is focused on defending people accused of crimes ranging from serious state and federal felony offenses to driving under the influence, shoplifting and traffic tickets.
Prior to opening his own firm, Concidine spent two years as an associate attorney under one of the county's best criminal defense attorneys, Brian J. White. While working for White, he was able to work on a variety of complex cases involving the death penalty, the Mexican Mafia and several murder cases.
Concidine learned the day-to-day procedures of misdemeanor courts while interning at the Public Defender of San Diego, an experience that led him to build a positive and solid working relationship with city attorneys and district attorneys throughout San Diego County. In addition to his time at the public defender’s office, Concidine spent a few years interning at the Alternate Public Defender, where he worked on serious felony offenses.
Prior to completing law school at California Western School of Law in 2006, Concidine completed his undergraduate degree at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
This is the culmination of a peer nominating process that asked San Diego County lawyers to name the best young attorneys in San Diego County who are: Hard-Working & Detail-Oriented, Knowledgeable & Enthusiastic, Ethical & Professional, and Committed to Furthering the Interests of Justice in Society.
