Ashley Teague is the principal attorney and owner of Teague Law, a law firm she founded in 2011 focused on providing San Diegans with high-quality estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and probate services. Teague Law was founded upon the principle that quality, custom, affordable estate planning and administration should be available and accessible.
Teague attended the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 2008. While at USD, she was a San Diego Law Review member, an intern for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, an intern at Blanchard, Krasner & French APC, and a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Teague studied international contract law and negotiations in Barcelona, Spain, through the USD School of Law's Institute on International and Comparative Law. Teague grew up in Plano, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (hook 'em!) in 2005 with a B.S. in public relations, with honors, and a Business Foundations Certification, with highest distinction, from the McCombs School of Business. Upon graduating from USD School of Law, Teague became an associate at Blanchard, Krasner & French APC, going on to later form Teague Law. Teague is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Teague is highly involved in the San Diego community, including 6 Degrees San Diego and the San Diego Chapter of the Texas Exes. Prior to becoming a Young Attorney finalist in The Daily Transcript for 2013, she was nominated as an Outstanding Young Attorney in 2011, 2012 and 2013, and was a Top Attorney in Estate/Probate/Tax semi-finalist in 2013. Teague lives in the Bay Park area with her husband, Bobby Seitz, a firefighter with the city of San Diego Fire-Rescue Department, and their dog, Bear.
This is the culmination of a peer nominating process that asked San Diego County lawyers to name the best young attorneys in San Diego County who are: Hard-Working & Detail-Oriented, Knowledgeable & Enthusiastic, Ethical & Professional, and Committed to Furthering the Interests of Justice in Society.
