Brian K. Findley represents California citizens in actions for medical negligence, serious personal injury and class action lawsuits. Findley recently assisted in prosecuting a major wrongful death case against San Diego Gas & Electric that resulted in a $55 million jury verdict, one of the largest verdicts of its kind in California.
Findley is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Findley is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and is a barrister with the Louis M. Welsh American Inn of Court. Findley is a frequent speaker on legal issues to attorneys, consumers and members of the health care industry.
Findley attended college and law school largely on merit-based scholarships. In 2003, he graduated with a double major in psychology and philosophy from the University of Georgia. In 2007, he received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Law Review.
This is the culmination of a peer nominating process that asked San Diego County lawyers to name the best young attorneys in San Diego County who are: Hard-Working & Detail-Oriented, Knowledgeable & Enthusiastic, Ethical & Professional, and Committed to Furthering the Interests of Justice in Society.
