He also was instrumental in successfully resolving seven class actions, including three consolidated class actions with more than 9,000 members.
Johnson lectures frequently on California employment law topics. He has also written multiple employment law articles that have been published, including one this year titled, “Thinking Outside the Box: One Way to Avoid Bet-The-Company Litigation.”
Johnson graduated, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law and received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the California and Utah State Bars, and serves on the board for the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
In his free time, Johnson enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his two young sons.
