Jonathan Liu is an associate attorney with Fisher & Phillips LLP, which was recently named “Law Firm of the Year” for labor and employment litigation by U.S. News - Best Lawyers. In his practice, Liu exclusively represents employers and management in all aspects of employment law at the state and federal levels. Liu has defended local and national employers against single-plaintiff and class-action lawsuits. He also counsels employers in developing cost-effective policies and procedures to comply with employment laws and minimize the risk of litigation.
Liu earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the Duke Forum for Law & Social Change journal, and a team leader with the Duke Law Innocence Project. Liu earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
In his free time, Liu enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and stand-up paddle boarding.
