Irina A. Doliner is a trial attorney at Gruenberg Law. She represents victims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wage theft. Doliner uses her tenacity and compassion to fiercely advocate for her clients and to empower employers to right their wrongs by making wronged employees whole and eliminating illegal and unfair employment practices.
Doliner handles cases in all stages of litigation, from intake to settlement or verdict. She practices at a level beyond her actual years of practice. Her innovative ideas improve both Gruenberg Law's practice and its business model. Doliner quickly identifies the most important facts in discovery and is especially adept at comprehensively evaluating case worth early in litigation. Doliner's approach has led to successful verdicts and favorable settlements for her clients.
Doliner joined Gruenberg Law in 2011. She was admitted to the bar in 2012. As a freshly minted attorney, Doliner tried and won a sexual harassment trial on all causes of action just months after passing the bar exam. More recently, Doliner wrote an opposition to a motion for summary judgment on a case that ultimately created new law that now protects perceived whistle blowers from retaliation by their employer.
Doliner graduated from the University of California Davis with double Bachelor of Arts in psychology and communication. While pursuing her law degree at California Western School of Law, Doliner provided legal aid to San Diego’s indigent and homeless community as a law clerk for the Community Law Project.
Born in Odessa, Ukraine, Doliner is a native Russian speaker. She grew up in San Francisco, where she developed a love for all things artistic. She is an avid CrossFitter and animal lover. In her free time, she travels, hikes, frequents local farmers markets and volunteers with local pet rescues.
