Aisha Williams is an associate attorney at Qualcomm Inc., a leading global wireless technology company. Williams works in Qualcomm’s licensing department handling all aspects of the preparation and management of license agreements, analyzing and providing guidance for standards setting and industry organization agreements, as well as managing and assisting with special research projects.
Williams graduated with honors and distinction from San Diego State University with a degree in international business with an emphasis on Spanish and Latin America, as well as a minor in Portuguese. Williams began her career at Qualcomm as a marketing intern while attending SDSU and, upon graduation, was hired as a marketing analyst. After eight years in marketing, she began pursuing a career in the law. She continued to work full time at Qualcomm while attending the University of San Diego School of Law; she received her juris doctorate and passed the California Bar Exam in 2012.
Williams is a native San Diegan and first generation Peruvian-American. While not practicing law and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband, baby daughter and dogs, golfing, snowboarding, traveling and cheering for the Chargers and Padres.
