Pacific Bay Homes Reports 76 Sales At Rolling Hills Ranch

Pacific Bay Homes reports 76 homes were sold during the first quarter of 1999 at its Rolling Hills Ranch development in Chula Vista. The 2,600-home, 13-neighborhood master-planned project opened in June 1998 and has sold out its first neighborhood. Four neighborhoods are currently available.

Madison Lane features three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,469 to 2,010 square feet. Prices range from the mid-$200,000s.

Kensington Road has three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,675 to 2,447 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$200,000s.

Valencia Point has four- and five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,063 to 2,856 square feet. Prices start from the $260,000s.

Rose Arbor has three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,523 to 1,936 square feet that are priced from the low $200,000s.


Centex Homes on Saturday will begin sales at its Crestview development in Encinitas with all 15 homes being released. Five two-story floor plans with three- to six-bedrooms range from 3,639 to more than 6,100 square feet. Prices range from the mid-$900,000s.


McMillin Homes on Saturday will hold a grand opening at its 120-home Alcala neighborhood in the 300-acre first phase of McMillin Lomas Verdes in Otay Ranch. Prices start in the high $200,000s. The four one- and two-story, three- to six-bedroom floor plans range from 2,429 to 3,206 square feet.

McMillin also reported that eight first-phase new homes were sold at the recent grand opening of its Veranda development in Lomas Verdes, and that on Saturday 10 homes are being released in the second phase. The four- and five-bedroom homes range from 1,976 to 2,454 square feet and are priced from $224,990.


Ryland Homes on Saturday and Sunday will debut the model homes of the Arbor and Monterey Collections at its Twin Oaks Valley Ranch development in San Marcos.

The Monterey series, currently in phase three with eight of a planned 137 homes sold, has a trio of three- to six-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,973 to 2,546 square feet. Prices range from $251,990 to $287,490.

The Arbor Collection, now in phase six with 52 of a planned 85 home sold, has a trio of three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,656 to 2,158 square feet. Prices range from $214,990 to $247,490.

The third neighborhood at Twin Oaks Valley Ranch, the Highlands Collection, had its debut in April and has released its fourth phase, priced from $299,990 to $374,990. Ten homes were sold during preview sales and seven more since the model opening at the 100-home neighborhood.


McMillin Homes on Saturday will release a fifth phase of eight homes at The Heights development in Santee, priced from the high $200,000s. The trio of one- and two-story, three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,136 to 2,765 square feet.


Brookfield Homes reports six homes have been sold of the 13 released May 22 at its 140-home Barrington at Calavera Hills development in Carlsbad, ranging from $269,900 to $321,900. The three- and four-bedroom homes range from 1,957 to 2,287 square feet.


Ryland Homes reports 60 sales have occurred in less than five months at its Rancho San Vicente development in Ramona. The trio of single-level, three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 2,011 to 2,455 square feet. Prices for the sixth phase homes range from $233,990 to $266,650.


Old Coach Realty reports 13 of 31 phase-one home sites have been sold at The Heritage Golf Estates development in north Poway. The pads average nearly 30,000 square feet. The prices for the lots range from $459,000 to $775,000.


TopMark Communities reports 13 of 34 homes have been sold at its StoneRidge Estates development in Alpine. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range from 3,028 to 3,727 square feet and are priced from $415,000 to $490,000.


Innovative Resort Communities reports three of the five models remain for sale at its Treasures development at the Castle Creek Golf Course north of Escondido. The floor plans range from 1,530 to 2,308 square feet with three and four bedrooms. Prices for remaining production homes start in the high $190,000s.


Shea Homes reports a third phase of 14 homes has been released at its 100-home Benecia development in master-planned Rancho Carillo in Carlsbad. The three- to five-bedroom floor plans range from 2,203 to 2,700 square feet and are priced from $339,900 to $390,400.


Centex Homes reports 34 homes have been sold without benefit of models at its 68-unit Ivey Pointe development of paired homes in Oceanside. There are 16 homes available from phases two and three priced from $160,990 to $179,990. The two- and three-bedroom floor plans range from 1,215 to 1,600 square feet.


Shea Homes reports all 64 homes released at its Daybreak at Sunbow development in Chula Vista have been sold. The fifth phase, from $213,900 to $264,900, has been released. The 112 homes planned will have four one- and two-story, three- to six-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,587 to 2,518 square feet.


McMillin Homes on Saturday will release 10 homes priced from the low $160,000s as the second portion of phase two at its Northwind development at Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club in Temecula. The 112 homes' trio of one- and two-story, two- to four-bedroom floor plans range from 1,689 to 2,422 square feet. Production homes remaining from the first phase are priced from $186,990 to $195,990.
