Rich Sparber, chairman of the Business and Real Estate Practice Group, established the San Diego firm of Sparber Rudolph Annen in 1974.
"I wanted to develop a firm providing full-service legal expertise to a wide range of clients," Sparber said.
The firm offers its regional and international clients cutting-edge expertise in business development and operation, real estate development and sale, construction, commercial law, bankruptcy, receiverships, insurance and civil litigation.
Richard Annen, managing partner and chairman of the Litigation Department, said, "We have studied the economics of delivering legal services for a number of years, and have developed a formula for obtaining cost-effective results."
Gary Rudolph, chairman of the Commercial Bankruptcy and Receivership Practice Group, agreed. "Without the infrastructure of larger firms, we are able to guide our clients through complex transactions at more competitive rates," he said.
Sparber added, "We ensure that our clients have direct access to the partners at all times. Even as the firm has grown, we have prioritized a direct relationship with all of our clients."
The breadth of the firm's experience can be seen in the credentials of its partners. Sparber received a J.D. from California Western School of Law and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. Rudolph received his bachelor's and master's degrees in science with distinction from American University and his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Annen received a joint MBA/J.D. with honors from the University of Notre Dame. He is certified in trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a distinction held by only 2,400 attorneys across the country.
"We are committed to excellence," Sparber said. "The loyalty of the firm's clients is testimony to that fact."
Sparber Rudolph Annen is located at 701 B St., Suite 1000.
